I thanked God for being Zealous, for His Zeal for us, our Zeal for Him, for making us a people for His own possession who are Zealous for good works, for saying, “Zeal for Your house has consumed Me” (Psalm 69:9; cf. John 2:17); for saying, “The Zeal of the LORD will accomplish this” (2 Kings 19:31; Isaiah 9:7; 37:32); for the Zenith He wants us to attain, for Zion of the Holy One of Israel, for Zion, the beautiful city of God.
